Millen Hills is a suburb of Malton located in the north of the city. It contains a campus of five Necrotech research centers. An affluent neighborhood in the early 20th century, much of Millen Hills was flattened by bombing in World War II, and lay largely in ruins for three decades. Although a few pre-Depression-era buildings survived, most of the modern-day buildings were constructed in an urban renewal project of the 1970s and 1980s, which made the suburb again a hopping affluent area, which it remained until the outbreak in 2005.
