Raines Hills is a suburb of Malton located in the north of the city. It used to be a red-light district, like its southern neighbors Huntley Heights, Roachtown and Randallbank. That all changed when the construction of four new churches replaced three clubs and one bar that used to be there. Since there was less business with the new churches coming in, the prostitutes and drug dealers moved down to Huntley Heights, making crime there worse and making Huntley Heights more crowded than it was before.
